- Upon substantial completion of each project, we walk through the entire project and prepare a punch list of outstanding items. We also ask our client to communicate to us any items of concern and include it on our list.
- Our goal is 100% completion of punch list items as quickly as possible. If we can't solve a concern or there are items not feasibly corrected, we will review the specifics of the situation with the client to find a resolution.
- Upon final completion, we do a final walk-through with the client.
- We stand behind all our work. We offer a 10-year limited homeowner warranty on any new home and a one year warranty on renovation projects.
- If an issue should arise, we will come back to address it. We will strive to correct items, even if out of warranty - possibly at minimal or no cost to our clients, depending on the situation.
