As General Contractor, we will either perform all the construction work with our employees or we supervise the work of our subcontractors. We contract directly with the property owner and handle all aspects of the construction as agreed upon per the construction documents.

If you wish to engage us as a general contractor, we will provide you with a competitive and comprehensive bid for your project. When comparing us with any other builder, home improvement contractor or remodeling contractor, you will be impressed with our workmanship, fair price and the range of services offered.

We will need a complete and final set of architectural plans with all specifications drawn up by a licensed architect. If you do not have plans, we will work with you to develop plans in a Design - Build Contracting capacity.

We will typically provide a bid within two to four weeks, assuming all information has been provided.

If all of the information has not been provided, we may bid the project including "allowances" for items not fully defined. In this way, the client can determine the choices for these allowance items at a later date while the project is underway. Alternatively, we will request further information regarding the specification to avoid "allowances".

It is especially important for the client to distinguish all details we have included for all kitchen, bathroom, or basement remodeling projects when comparing bids.
